We have a one time nonrefundable fee for having a pet in the property. This is considered a rent payment and not a pet deposit. The fee is $1000 per dog or cat. Either as a one time payment or ten equal payments over the first year for leases 12 months or more. Two pet maximum. Snakes and any animal with a previous bite history are prohibited. Dogs of the following breeds are restricted: Akita, Chow, Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Pres Canario, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or a dog with any mixture of mentioned breed.
